Standard Containers (Dryvan): Standard containers are the most common freight units used to transport all kinds of dry cargo. The most common sizes are usually twenty-foot (20′) and forty-foot (40′) containers.

High Cube Containers: High cube containers are structurally similar to standard containers, but their internal volume of 2896mm allows more loading capacity for larger cargoes. It is usually produced as 40′.

Open-Top Containers: The difference between open-top containers and standard containers is that the top of open-top containers is entirely open. After the loading process, it is closed with a tarpaulin. Generally, its dimensions are 20′ and 40′. Since it allows to load the cargo from the top, they are best suited for shipment that requires crane loading from the top of the container.

Flatrack Containers: Flatrack containers are platform containers consisting of a base platform with two side walls. The side walls are adjustable. They can be fixed vertically or laid on the floor when necessary. The most common sizes are 20′ and 40′. They are commonly used for cargoes that do not fit into standard containers.

Platforms (plats): Platforms are structurally only in the form of a base platform. It has no end and sidewalls. It is suitable for carrying heavy tonnage loads in small areas. Sizes are generally 20′ and 40′. Usage areas are oversized loads and heavy tonnage loads.

Refrigerated (Reefer) Containers: Reefer containers are specially insulated containers with a cooling unit inside. The standard dimensions are 20′ and 40′. They are suitable for transportation of goods that require temperature regulation, like food products. 

Tank containers:  Tank containers specialize in the transport of liquid or gas products. They are cylindrical tanks with a reinforced steel frame that nest the tank.
